Survey content, response data, and other information you upload to our platform belong to you (or your organization) as the client. We act as a service provider processing this information on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions. We do not use, sell, rent, trade, or disclose this data for our own purposes.
We access survey data only as needed to host, operate, maintain, and support the services, to provide technical assistance you request, or where required to comply with a legal obligation. Where survey responses contain personal or sensitive information about individuals, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from those individuals, and we will handle that information consistent with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.
Individuals whose personal information appears in survey data may exercise their access and correction rights through you as the client; we will support you in responding to such requests.

PMG Intelligence servers are protected with generally available security technologies, including firewalls and data encryption. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number, national ID, personal health information) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology.
