When we designed eSight®, we designed it first and foremost around the importance of data security and this is always a primary consideration in our project designs. With that, eSight® is extremely secure. No one will ever have access to your email addresses nor will they have access to information provided by your customers. eSight® security falls into 4 categories: Design Security, Application Security, Network Security, and Physical Security.

Design security

We reviewed the overall design and referred to threat models to ensure the application itself does not represent a risk to other users’ data or computer security by making sure vulnerabilities were not built into the application.

Application security

The application is not hosted in a shared server environment and therefore is not exposed to risks inherent to such environments. Additionally, eSight® and its data are protected by cdp block level backups.

Network security

eSight® servers are hosted behind a Cisco security device allowing remote access where necessary. Strict control of traffic and intrusion detection are included in this process. eSight® is SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) certified and has 2048 bit encryption.

Physical security

The data center is in a secure, environmentally controlled, fire safe lockup that has 24/7 live security. All racks are fully enclosed and locked at all times and only staff with the proper security clearance can gain access to the data farm.
