Years of qualitative research have taught the importance of a well-organized focus group facility. So when we re-designed our facility in 2008, we did so with the ultimate needs of the moderator and clients in mind. Our single discussion room provides a comfortable environment for respondents and the viewing room and adjacent lounge ensure that clients have the privacy and comfort they require. Exceptional staff members manage technical details and host participants' needs while our clients are free to observe and discuss responses in privacy.
